Mar. 31–TOOELE BAR HAS LIQUOR LICENSE SUSPENDED: Tracks Brewing Co. in Tooele has had its liquor license suspended for 38 days on allegations of models’ skimpy costumes, lewd conduct and serving alcohol to an intoxicated customer. Bar owner Dayne Applegate said the allegations stem from a Dec. 15 charity event when lingerie-clad women had their photographs taken with patrons. “We have bikini contests all the time,” he said. “We didn’t know this event was any different.” The license suspension runs from March 3 to April 26. The five- year-old private club, located at 1641 N. Main St., takes its name from a railroad line located out back. — Dawn House WAGES WEB RESOURCE SET UP: The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, the Utah Department of Workforce Services, and the Utah Labor Commission have teamed up to create “Employer 101 Labor Law Basic Training,” an online resource for Utah employers about federal and state laws.
